livI will admit that the pre-adolescent boy from the 1970’s that still lives inside of me is in part responsible for today’s post.  I have adored the pop star Olivia Newton-John as long as I can remember and to this day whenever I think of her, or hear her sweet voice, I get a warm and happy feeling.

In recent years Miss Newton-John has spent much of her celebrity equity on breast cancer awareness and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.  She combines both of these pursuits in her wonderful new book, Livwise: Easy Recipes for a Healthy, Happy Life
