MOUS2I came across Mustache: Goods & Wears, a small chain of two retail stores in Arkansas (Northwest Arkansas to be exact as indicated in their cool logo, right), while doing my usual search for fun things to feature on Lost Cowboy.

From my research, I can tell that Mustache: Goods & Wears’ stores are really cool, and I can’t wait to get myself out to visit them. It seems I will be spending a lot of time out in Kansas City in the coming months, and Northwest Arkansas is a reasonably weekend trip.

However, until then I can be satisfied by Mustache: Goods & Wears’ online shop, which offers only a tiny bit of the coolness they have on hand in their shops.

About Mustache: Goods & Wears: “We are a fun little shop in Northwest Arkansas that has a little something for everyone! We have two brick and mortar shops – one on the Downtown Fayetteville, AR square and one off the Downtown Bentonville, AR square. We’d love for you to shop by and visit our shops, but if you can’t we’ve got a great selection of mustache goods for you here!”

MOUS1Mustache: Goods & Wears’ online store offers a few signature items like these Arkansas License Plate Coozies (right):

Reduce. Reuse. Reclaim. Reinvent. These recycled license plate coozies are handmade in Florida by 3 Sisters Design Co. Made in two sizes – bottle and can – these handcrafted coozies make the perfect gift!”

…and a great line of mustache-themed t-shirts like this really cool Aztec Mustache Print shirt (below).

LGSLast year while visiting the National Gallery in London, I purchase this gel skin for my iPhone. I love the image – a vintage painting of the Gallery across Trafalgar Square and Nelson’s Column, my most favourite spot in the old city.

About the London iPhone Skin from the National Gallery: “Customise and protect your iPhone 4 with this iPhone skin of a vintage London scene. Created exclusively for the National Gallery, this iPhone skin is a removable cover for protecting and customising your iPhone, and covers the front and back of the iPhone. The advanced 3M adhesive contains patented micro-channels that prevent air bubbles from forming and allow for easy application and clean removal after years of use. The adhesive allows you to reposition the cover so you can easily get a perfect fit.”

This is a literal “find” as I just came across the gel skin in its original packing that I set aside months ago. I was thrilled to find it again and I put it right on my phone and it looks great.
