kcmIt promises to be a lovely May afternoon and evening here in Kansas City – the perfect time to breakout the grill for my first outside cooking of the season.

Kansas City is known as one of the top areas for barbecue and there is no shortage of local hotspots touting their barbecue as “Kansas City’s best” and folks here are happy to debate the topic.
