ff1I love that fine cured meats are having a moment. I have been onboard my whole life so it is good to see that more and more people are jumping on and increasing the options out there. I am always on the lookout for a new cured meat to try, and I recently came across the Traditional Salami from Belcampo by Mario Batali and it is divine.
