I have been back from Toronto for a while now, but I am still tasting it just about every night with the mini collection of Canadian Whisky I brought back with me. (Praise duty free airport shops!) Here are a couple of my favourites.

FF: Collingwood Double Barreled Canadian Whisky

About Collingwood Double Barreled Canadian Whisky:

“Introducing our first limited release of the Town Collection, Collingwood Double Barreled. This premium whisky is raised in once used, white oak barrels. It is then rebarreled in new, heavily toasted, lightly charred white oak barrels and rests for extended maturation. We finish with our toasted maplewood stave finishing process. The result is a complex Canadian whisky with a high rye content radiating dry cinnamon spice that warms a delicate medley of toasted oak and light orchard fruit flavors. Made by real people in a real town – Collingwood.”

FF: Stalk & Barrel Red Blend Whisky from Stillwater Distillery

About Stalk & Barrel Red Blend Whisky from Stillwater Distillery:

“This wonderfully earthy expression is created by using a high percentage of our aged single malt and rye, blended together with selected casks of aged corn. This extraordinarily smooth yet complex mix of sweet malt and plump Canadian rye is imbued with intense flavours, richness, and full body.”
