FF: The Copper Dutch Ovens from Falk

FALKWhen it comes to cookware you can find all manner of quality products at every price point. But for my money (and you need to have a little) there is nothing better than the copper cookware from Falk. In particular, I like Falk’s classic oval Dutch Oven.

About Falk’s classic oval Dutch Oven: “Sometimes referred to as a Dutch oven, Cocotte, French oven or even stock pot, these pots are oval with steep sides. Generally used for roasting, stewing or braising. You can even use these handy pots for deep frying. Dutch Ovens are versatile pieces of cooking equipment that are used both on the stovetop for searing and in the oven for finishing.”
